4.1 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Royal Home Keeper are non-binding approximations based on information available at the time. Final pricing will be determined upon detailed assessment and confirmed in a written contract. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Contracts

All renovation projects are governed by a separate written contract between Royal Home Keeper and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the service contract, the service contract shall prevail with respect to that specific project.

4.3 Project Changes

Any changes to the scope of work after contract signing may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All change orders must be approved in writing by both parties before work proceeds.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in individual service contracts
  • A deposit is typically required before work commences
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Texas law
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, bank transfers, and approved financing options
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Royal Home Keeper provides warranties on workmanship as specified in individual service contracts. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not extend or modify manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by third parties is not covered under our warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Home Keeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information

12. Force Majeure
